POWER-E-COM aims to promote cooperation between regional and local authorities and citizens to establish energy community projects in six different European countries. By supporting the development of models and tools that facilitate the creation of energy communities, the project seeks to empower citizens to take a proactive role in the energy transition.

Community Transition Office (ECTO)
What is the ECTO?
The ECTO (Energy Community Transition Office) is an office where you can receive socioeconomic, regulatory, technical, and other information about energy communities.
The ECTO’s main objectives are to act as a reliable source of information about energy communities and to provide support during their creation and growth process.
