The main objective of the FACILITA project is the creation of one-stop-shops for the rehabilitation of public buildings. It includes technical, legal and financial advice to facilitate the improvement of public buildings through rehabilitation.

Facilita has a duration from October 2024 to September 2027.

    PARTICIPATION OF ESCAN

    • Creation of a one stop shop office for the renovation of public buildings
    • Development, design and management of virtual OSS advising on technical, financing and legal issues regarding the rehabilitation of public buildings
    • Support for the rehabilitation of 10 buildings in the Autonomous Community of Madrid
    • Co-creation of innovative services and solutions for rehabilitation
