Public buildings. The Valencian Building Institute has published a technical article on rehabilitation on the European portal BUILD UP, with the title: “Building the OSS framework for public building renovation”. It is based on the activities currently being carried out by the FACILITA project with the participation of public and private entities, including Escan energy consulting.
