FIAB and ESCAN organized two events for the food and dairy industries, as a continuation of the BETTED project activities. In June, the first results of the BETTED project were presented at a workshop dedicated to energy efficiency tools and measures in food and beverage industries, primarily aimed at dairy value chains. Nearly 20 professionals from various industries and institutions, such as energy agencies in the industrial sector, attended.
A training event was also held, highlighting various technological solutions for energy efficiency measures, such as the use of heat pumps, biogas systems, and new renewable energy installations. This workshop was for participating supply chains.
