We’re excited to announce the companies taking part in the pilot phase of our innovative energy audit methodology in Spain with support ans assessment of Escan! These 5 forward-thinking organizations are setting an example by adopting modern approaches to energy audits and sustainable investments in the frame of @KNOWnNEBs Project.
📋 Introducing our pilot companies:
✔️ Company that processes vegetables for consumption Industry placed in Valladolid with about 70 employees and expected savings
✔️ Vineyard in the north of Castilla y León consumption of the process machinery and mainly of the cooling necessary to maintain the quality of the wine
✔️ Company this industry elaborates bread in several types ( baguettes, molletes, etc) of the Food and brewery sector one of the most relevant sectors in Spain
✔️ Industry that elaborates coffee for consumption in the north of Spain
🔍 Each company undergoes a tailored energy audit using our methodology, which doesn’t just focus on energy savings—it also evaluates the #nonenergybenefits of energy efficiency measures. This comprehensive approach highlights the broader value of sustainability for businesses. The professionals of ESCAN are organising meetings with all the companies offering the TOOLS of NEBs to the industries
👩🏫 Lessons learned so far: the industries are starting to use the tools elaborated about NEBs and they liked and think it is very useful to know how to quantify relevant issues as maintenance, noise reduction, comfort for the employees, etc when implementing the energy efficiency measures of the energy audit
