The FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN AGENCIES, Wuppertal Institute have organized the first European Roundatable of the QualdeEPC Project. The European Commission DG Energy did explain the new changes that are proposed for the EPDB recast; Wuppertal Institute did explain the policy proposals that have been identified by them as coordinator with the partners: energy agencies of Bulgaria Germany and Greece (Dena, EAP and CRES), Consulting companies of Spain, Latvia, Hungary and Sweden (Escan, Ekodoma Cit Energy Management and the University of Budapest) have been working in several priorities to improve the energy certification with policy proposal of model of the EPC, tools for implementation of EPC , deep renovation networks platforms that provide online information at national level about deep renovation for buildings; policy proposal about training for EPC assessors or mandatory exam and also the improvements for the advertisements guidelines for EPCs and compliances at the real states agencies when selling or renting buildings or flats.
