QualDeEPC lasted from September 2019 to February 2023.

ESCAN’s Participation in the Project.

  • Analysis of the Energy Certification Process for Buildings.
  • Collaboration in the design of a new energy certificate model and its testing in buildings across various climate zones in Spain.
  • Design and development of an online platform providing information on energy certification, energy rehabilitation, a new model for various buildings and houses before and after the proposed rehabilitation, and other related information.

Organization of workshops and meetings with public institutions and interested companies, presenting the new model, offering advice for better compliance in advertising for sales and rentals, as well as proposals for the new buildings directive.
