Through the Work Shadowing you will be able to visit leading energy agencies for 2 days to gain insight into their programmes and structures. Get inspired for new approaches, learn about practical solutions for your topics of interest, apply now!
The Work Shadowing scheme is centred on the organisation of agencies, their financing, and their modes of delivery of relevant projects and programmes. It focuses on learning from each other and transferring good practices, innovative services and efficient ways of working. It complements well the ManagEnergy Expert Missions and Master Classes.
The visits will be highly interactive – you will be able to share your experiences and achievements with the host agency and the other agencies participating in the visit. This will allow you to enlarge your network for future cooperations. Currently, many agencies are very busy. They face an increased demand for their services, and need to deal with new topics and changing policy frameworks. However, participating in a Work Shadowing is time well-invested as it will support your organisation in your current needs and interests!
