Our first speaker is Mr Raul Garcia Brink, Counselor for Environment, Climate, Energy and Knowledge of the Canary Islands. Raul will join our community and give a 20 minute talk on Local Climate Leadership and how to Drive Change on Local level. After the talk, we’re opening the floor for questions and discussions. You’ll have the chance to pick the brain of our climate leader and engage in some thought-provoking conversations with other climate leaders from all corners of Europe.
