Participants from MITECO, IDAE, EREN, ICAEN, Parliament of Madrid, INEGA, City Councils, professionals and manufacturers have contributed their opinions in this last Workshop of the QualDeEPC project, in which Escan has presented the results on tools and proposals, as well as comments to the EPDB revision.
Some of the recommendations are the implementation of more demanding energy efficiency standards for the envelope and air conditioning systems, a simple model of the certificate for citizens, mandatory updating of training for certifying technicians and accessible information through platforms, such as “qualrenovate”.
The platform https://qualrenovate.eu designed by Escan based on the recommendations of the European project presents updated information for the energy rehabilitation of buildings.
At the end of the meeting, the holding of the final Conference in Brussels, on November 15, with the participation of members of the European Parliament and the European Commission, which puts an end to the workshops held so far, was announced.
The European QualDeEPC project started in September 2019 and ends in February 2023.
