On May 27, a training workshop was held with dairy industries and technology centers within the framework of the European project “BETTED”.
The event was held at the Galician Food Cluster, organized by the Food for Life Technology Platform with the support of FIAB and INLAC. Among other topics, the FIAB representative discussed the tools of the BETTED project, as well as applications in the dairy sector’s value chains through energy management and photovoltaic system solutions and heat pumps, presented by the representative of Escan Energy Consultants.
The presential and online participants demonstrated their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the energy transition in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the dairy sector.
