From November 28 to 30 in Paris, the ENLIT Europe 2023 congress and fair was held in which more than 15,000 attendees were able to learn about advances in the energy transition through thematic sessions, networking with other experts or the area dedicated to EU projects. Some of the main target topics of the event have been demand response, decarbonization, digitalization or energy communities.
Escan has chaired the energy community’s session, with the participation of speakers from ENERCOOP, ENEDIS, ENERGY INVESTMENT MANAGMENT and the IEA, where the current experiences, benefits and barriers that arise in its application have been presented. The objectives and progress of InEExS was presented by two of the speakers, Escan and ENERCOOP, showing how DLTs can be used to develop advanced smart services, such as those emerging in energy communities.
More than 100 attendees participated in the session, both to learn about the contents of the presentations and to ask their questions or debate with the speakers. Additionally, brochures and leaflets of the InEExS project have been distributed in the ENLIT European project area and bilaterally to relevant attendees.
