The objective of the KNOWnNEBs project is the integration of energy and non-energy benefits in industrial audits. With this methodological concept, the implementation of the proposed improvements in energy audits, which are currently only carried out in 30-40% of them, will be promoted.
In the framework of the European #LIFEprogramme, the kick-off meeting was held in Riga on 29-30 November 2022, with representatives from nine countries: Latvia, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece, and Italy. The duration will be 3 years and in Spain it will focus on the food and beverage sector due to its relevance in the national industrial sector. The project will help increase the efficiency of its processes towards a clean Energy Transition.
