OSS is a one-stop shop for the FACILITA project. Three offices have been created: the Madrid OSS managed by Escan and two other offices in Valencia and Extremadura.
Its objective is to facilitate the energy renovation of public buildings. It provides technical and regulatory advice at no cost to the public entity (city council, regional government) because it is funded through the FACILITA project of the European Commission’s LIFE program.
