Now it is available and provides analyses, policy proposals and descriptions of tools on the seven priorities for the improvement of deep renovation of buildings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving the recommendations for renovation, which are provided on the EPCs, towards deep energy renovation<\/li>\n<li>Online tool for comparing EPC recommendations to deep energy renovation recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Creating Deep Renovation Network Platforms<\/li>\n<li>Regular mandatory EPC assessor training (on assessment and renovation recommendations) required for certification\/accreditation and registry<\/li>\n<li>High user-friendliness of the EPC<\/li>\n<li>Voluntary\/mandatory advertising guidelines for EPCs<\/li>\n<li>Improving compliance with the mandatory use of EPCs in real estate advertisements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The situations in the partner countries were evaluated, measures for improvements were suggested, discussed, and tested The major outcomes at this stage are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A text-based list of deep energy renovation recommendations,<\/li>\n<li>The concept for the online tool development,<\/li>\n<li>The concept for a Deep Renovation Network Platform,<\/li>\n<li>A universal, enhanced user-friendly EPC form template and background on the proposed content,<\/li>\n<li>A detailed policy proposal for regular mandatory training, and<\/li>\n<li>A general policy proposal for advertisement guidelines and for actions to improve the compliance with the mandatory use of EPCs in real estate advertisements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moreover, the <a href=\"https:\/\/qualdeepc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/QualDeEPC_White-Paper-on-good-practice-in-EPC-assessment-certification-and-use.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White Paper<\/a> will be the basis for the country-specific adaptation, discussion, and to the extent possible, implementation of the developed policy proposals in the roadmaps to convergence and action towards deep renovation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qualdeepc.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/QualDeEPC_White-Paper-on-good-practice-in-EPC-assessment-certification-and-use.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5896 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/escansa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/QualDeEPC_White-Paper-726x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As one activity of QualdeEPC project is the elaboration of the White paper.
